Houston residents not getting along with Katrina refugees

It looks like charity doesn't make everyone happy anymore. Houston residents say Katrina refugees are getting preferential treatment, like mall discounts and FEMA sponsored debit cards. Katrina refugees say Houston hasn't done enough to help them.

The two are not getting along.
