A shirt store for web designers

Posted on October 7, 2005.

For the longest time I had been thinking of ideas for web design related t-shirts and I wanted to make them. I finally had a break so today the dream came true. I opened a shop at spreadshirt.com.

It's awesome. I was able to set things up in a reasonable amount of time and implement all the designs I had sketched on paper. I hope the take is good… basically one line jokes from the web design community. I know that I will buy some of my own shirts too, because they look really good… I'll be buying "This Shirt Does Not Support Internet Explorer," "You Did What With Tables," "I Make Websites (Call Me)," "This Shirt Was Designed Without Tables," "Liquid Layouts Do It Better," and the shirt that started it all, "<Style>."

If you are a web designer, you might like them too. Check out the store, and if you see something you like, buy it! Life is too short to forego cool web design shirts.
