Web design is not easy

What does it take to get into 9Rules? Ever since I found out about the network, I've really wanted to join. Most of the blogs I read are in it, it looks cool, what more could I ask for? I think I would fit in, but obviously I wasn't even involved with the web when that last round of submissions was going on, and now they aren't accepting any more… though it seems like new blogs are still being added.

I want in. What will it take?

In other news, Liquid Designs is coming along, but I need help. The layout is done but the graphical end needs work. I've gotten very little feedback though I've asked a lot. Let me know what needs work!
