Less than 1 day to the scheduled CSS Reboot launch and the official site is down? What's going on?

WebJillion reports no database connection… oh noes!

Update 9:21 PM: As of 6 PM EST, the site was back up, reporting that the server crippled under the load and the database support had gone down. Dreamhost assured that there would be no more troubles, but as of right now the server is down again. Dreamhost sucks.
