    To be honest I think the design looks dated. The colours aren't great and it has a very heavy feel.

    I think you can greatly improve your font usage. Well done with this blog however. It has a nice, clean, easy-to-read layout.

    I'm with David on the idea that the design feels dated. I like the font-replacement for the headings and don't even mind the font used for the titles. I think what gives it the dated look is the background and the "logo" text.
