Elliott gave me a heads up on </dream.in.code>, a programming and web development community. It looks pretty cool, and it's a huge community that has something for everyone who is doing anything with programming. Unfortunately I don't have time myself to get involved in the forums, but I really like the code snippets and developer blogs; check them out.
