Realistic walls in web design

Posted on November 18.

We've all seen tons of sites that attempt to emulate the appearance of a desk. It's a very popular trend. I always wanted to do a site that emulates the appearance of a wall and this current design is the best that I could come up with. I'd like to find more examples of site designs like mine but I can't find any… does anyone have examples?

How could I forget Design Meltdown? Unfortunately, there were only a few good examples there, and none using wallpaper :(
