Making Things

Posted on January 7, 2010.

I've been really busy lately making things, and I have a few things to share with everyone before I get back to work.

  1. My business is doing better than ever. I now have over 1 million users per day across my Facebook applications, with my my most successful one being my first ever spanish-language application, "Entrevista tus Amigos." This application alone has reached more traffic in just one month than all the other apps I've ever done, combined, and it's still climbing. I'm currently working on more apps, as much as time permits — my latest release is "Would You Rather?", which I am still adding content to.

  2. My video tutorial has been released as both a bundle with Teach Yourself CSS in 24 Hours and a standalone DVD/downloadable product. You can buy it from these sources: Safari Online, InformIT, Amazon.com. The Safari Online page includes video samples, which are definitely worth watching if you want to see what the video tutorials have to offer. Or, if you just want to see and hear me talk… the video samples are good for that too. If you are learning CSS or know someone who is, please check it out; your support will help me to make more tutorials in the future.

  3. I made a song with the KORG DS10 and I plan to make more. Therefore, I created a page for myself on iLike & Myspace so I can share my music. You can hear & download my first track here: "Cold Jersey Nights" on iLike. Comments appreciated.
